Rosemary

Small Rosemary Plant. Culinary herb, that is traditionally used with lamb. Try grinding with sea salt and garlic, mix with oil to roast cubed potatoes. Rosemary is a perennial herb plant that can be planted in the garden. When cutting, especially when it's small, use the tips of the stems to encourage it to bush out. Always cut just above, and close to a leaf joint.
